What’s new with me??
I work.. I loooove my job…
I love working with the community… working with people who’s income qualifies as “below the poverty line” and giving them QUALITY dental/health care. As well as being their friend.
I’m moving out of my moms house and in with my dad… so I can be closer to work. It will feel like a step towards my own place. It will be a lifesaver on my gas tank. But it will be weird without my mommy.
anyway… I went and saw Michael Jackson’s THIS IS IT. I cried the entire time. And I really want to go see it again.
eh.. I don’t really know what else to write. Will update soon.
If anyone (wink) would like to know what I would like for christmas…

Check this out.
So… as you may know… I have a crappy car. I was going down the freeway today to see my long lost friend who is pregnant with my long lost niece and I blew a tire. My car started rattling ( more than the usual ) and then I smelled burnt rubber. Thank god I was close to an exit because there wasn’t another for 10 miles or so…
Thank goodness for my AAA membership because they came to put my doughnut on my car but the guys jack broke!.. So he had to call ANOTHER guy to come and bring him a new one.
They put it on my car so I could safely get to the les shwaab.
I got 4 new tires and safely went on my way to see my on the way niece.
My friend Megan is 38 weeks pregnant today and has yet to have any pictures of her taken while she is pregnant. I knew I had to snag a few because she would regret it.
So here they are for Val so she can save them too
I can’t wait for little miss Nyla Ann Firstenberg
Due Oct. 29, 2009
She currently weighs 5 lbs 7 ounces. Doctors say she’ll be here any day
She calls herself FAT. I call her BEAUTIFUL.
This one is my favorite :
So I will soon begin work at a brand new dental office about 10 minutes away from home. I only work 2 days a week but its 12 dollars an hour up to 26 dollars an hour 6 days a week.
I will be working front and back office placing all the orders and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Im excited to get more hours and start working. I saw the office today and got a tour even though its in the process of being built it looks nice so far. I like my co workers and Im happy.
People are telling me to find a different job cuz its only 2 days per week. I am looking towards the smoke shop for night time work. But i really want to grow with this practice.
I begin training tomorrow for the administrative side of things and my training is paid for so that will be nice.
ANyway I’m just thankfull for today
Do you ever wonder, about the people who did small things for you that you may remember for the rest of your life only for that one random act of kindness? But also to think that they may not even remember they did that?
I would like to think of myself who does those random things in hopes that someone somewhere down the road might remember me for it.
For instance. I was sitting at an NA meeting tonight and I don’t know what sparked this memory but I haven’t thought about it in a long time.
— So here I was living in tacoma. Strung out on meth 24/7. I was living with my 30 year old convicted felon boyfriend, his 25 ish year old drug dealer sister and a couple of other random in and out tweakers. There was this guy who used to buy from her and his name was Able. I don’t remember what was wrong with him but he was in a wheelchair and couldn’t walk. So he would sit downstairs and wait for his dope everytime. I talked to him a few times but didn’t really get his story.
One time when my boyfriend and I were living on the streets cuz the house was to HOT (suspicious) ABLE let us come into his house and gave us each showers and his girlfriend washed our clothes. All the while I’m in the bathroom searching his shit for anything I could use and meanwhile all I can hear is him beating his girlfriend even though he was disabled. I had never seen or heard such a thing. —
I will always remember Able. For opening his home. Even though he was a broken person with broken spirits.
I wonder what he’s doing today.
